Catering & dining

Course after course, as the city drifts by.

Dining on board calls for precision: a galley, a moving vessel and guests who spend the whole day together at the table. We work with trusted culinary partners whose kitchens are fully attuned to life on the water. Below are a few sample arrangements, purely for inspiration.

The practicalities

Everything arranged behind the galley door.

Dietary requirements and allergies

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and religious dietary requirements are accommodated per guest in the menu. Let us know up to four weeks before the wedding day.

The kitchen on board

Our vessels have either a full galley or a fitted service kitchen. The chef finishes dishes on board, so everything reaches the table hot and on time.

Drinks

An hourly open bar or a drinks package with house wine, beer and soft drinks. A wine pairing with the menu is available, including bubbles on arrival.

Tasting in advance

Before finalising the menu, we plan a tasting with the chef, together with your wedding planner.
