Every add-on is arranged by makers used to working afloat. Whatever you choose is captured in your personal wedding plan, with the corresponding timings and costs.

Coverage from the quay to the last dance
A photographer accustomed to working afloat: changing light, limited space, and moments that cannot be repeated. Documentary in style, with a short portrait session at the finest point along the route.
A film, not a summary
Two cameras, discreetly on board, with separate sound recording of the vows and speeches. The result is a short film of a few minutes, plus the full ceremony unedited.
The vessel from the air
A certified drone pilot flies alongside from a support boat or from shore. On open water such as the IJmeer, the Markermeer and near Pampus, this yields the shots that sum up the day in a single frame.
A strip for every guest
A compact booth or a photo corner in the salon with props, a fixed backdrop and instant prints. Guests leave a strip in the guest book and take one home.
The invisible layer: someone carrying the day so you only need to experience it.
One dedicated point of contact
Elise Rijkes, your dedicated wedding planner, takes charge of the entire organisation: suppliers, timeline, styling and direction on board on the day itself. From the first conversation to the moment the gangway is lifted again.
A legal ceremony on the water
A registrar experienced with waterborne venues performs the ceremony on deck or in the salon. We arrange the registration with the municipality and the designation of the vessel as a wedding venue.
Getting ready while already under way
A stylist who sails with you or waits at the quay, with a touch-up before the ceremony and again before dinner. Wind and water call for different products than a ballroom does.
Peace of mind for parents
A carer on board or ashore with games, drawing materials and a dedicated corner, so the youngest guests can join the whole day without parents missing the ceremony.
Music, storytelling and the moments guests remember most vividly afterwards.
Live, acoustic or exuberant
From a string trio at the vows to a soul singer at dinner and a DJ on the aft deck. We match the line-up and volume to the vessel and the sailing region, since noise regulations vary by waterway.
A guide for your guests
While you take your portraits, a city guide leads the party past forts, almshouses or country estates. Meanwhile the vessel sails on to the next quay and picks everyone up again.
The vessel as your backdrop
Dressing deck, salon and tables with seasonal flowers, linen, candlelight and tableware. Everything is matched to the character of the vessel: art deco calls for something different than a classic sailing ship.
The final scene
A guard of honour with sparklers as you moor, or quiet fireworks over open water. Only possible outside the city centre, with a permit and in consultation with the captain.
What happens before and after shapes how the day itself feels.
Vintage cars or shuttles
Classic transport for the couple and luxury shuttles for guests, matched to the boarding location. At Muiden, Durgerdam and the Vecht this is almost always advisable.
For guests staying over
Reserved rooms near the boarding quay, with brunch the following morning. Around the IJ and the Oosterdok, hotels sit within walking distance of the gangway.
A dress rehearsal at the table
A private tasting of the menu, wines and cake on board, a few weeks before the day. The moment dietary requirements and final choices are confirmed.
The day before and after
An intimate dinner on the water with close family the evening before the wedding, or a sailing transfer between ceremony and reception venues on the day itself.
