That is why every couple at Waterbruiloft gets one dedicated wedding planner, from the first conversation until the last guest steps ashore. She guards the route, the timeline and the suppliers, and is on board on the day itself.

The planner is on board, keeps the schedule and solves whatever needs solving without the couple noticing.
How we work
The rhythm of the collaboration
Your enquiry is answered within 24 hours with a personal wedding plan. In an introductory meeting, on board or online, we sharpen that plan. Booking follows, and from there we work towards the final run sheet in a handful of fixed moments.
Six weeks before the day the menu is set, four weeks out the guest count, two weeks out the complete timeline. On the day itself you no longer need to know the run sheet.

Wedding planner
Does a wedding planner cost extra?
No. Planning is included in the complete package and is not invoiced separately.
Can we bring our own wedding planner?
Certainly. Our planner then works alongside yours and remains responsible for everything to do with the ship, route and crew.
Can we bring our own suppliers?
Yes, for photography, music, flowers and styling. The planner agrees delivery times and set-up on board with them.
How many meetings are there before the day?
Usually three to five, plus a tasting and a visit on board. More is always possible; the planner is reachable by email and phone.
