Getting married on the Stoomboot Succes: 40 to 150 guests on board this classic steamship, at €10,000 all-in for a fully curated eight-hour wedding day including ceremony, catering, drinks, styling, sound and your own wedding planner. Covered and heated, so ceremony, dinner and dancing go ahead in every season. The vessel is chartered exclusively for you and never shared. Cruising area: The waters of Amsterdam, the IJ, the Markermeer and the whole of the Netherlands.

The story
A private charter, exclusively yours.
Built in 1897 as one of the largest steam tugs in the Netherlands, and today the country's oldest steamship still in service. Two art-deco salons, a spacious sun deck, and genuine steam engineering make the Succes the most grandly evocative floating wedding venue in our fleet.
On board, everything is styled in the spirit of the great luxury passenger ships of the early twentieth century: leather banquettes, teak, brass fittings, crystal and art-deco detailing down to the smallest corner.
The intimate upper salon has a curved leather seating area with captain's table and its own bar, seating around 40 guests with views over the water. The lower salon accommodates over 80 guests at table and features a second bar and a dance floor, ringed by generous windows.
Despite her historic character, the Succes sails with modern navigation, a bow thruster, central heating and air conditioning — making her a comfortable wedding venue throughout the year and in any weather.
